Washington DC

Here we are near Daytona beach  Florida at 80 degrees and we have yet to write about Washington and south.
We have had 2 weeks to stay in one place. We have been reading and relaxing in the warm sunshine.

We so enjoyed our visit to DC and wish we had planned a longer stay there.

Capital Building

DC is a beautiful and historic city. We did a bus tour of the city so saw of the important buildings, including the White House of course. The Smithsonian has several museums in the city. we went to the space museum and American Indian museum. One would need a few weeks to check out the rest.

We seem to be lacking in pictures of DC  sometimes we get caught up in what we are seeing and miss taking pictures// we will have to return again!
